What is the America's Cup?

The America's Cup is the oldest and most prestigious sailing trophy in the world, dating back to 1851. It's a thrilling competition between international teams vying for the coveted trophy.

What are the spectator boat experiences like?

Our spectator boats offer you a front-row seat to the heart of the action. Enjoy the races from the comfort of a luxurious yacht, a classic sailboat, or an adrenaline-pumping motorboat.

How close will I be to the races?

Our spectator boats provide the only guaranteed frontrow on-water position, allowing you to witness the races up close and feel the excitement firsthand.

Can children participate in the spectator boat experiences?

Yes, children are welcome on our spectator boats. However, we recommend checking age-specific safety guidelines for each type of vessel.

What safety measures are in place for on-water experiences?

Safety is our top priority. All boats are equipped with life jackets, safety briefings are conducted before departure, and our crew is trained in emergency procedures.

Booking and Ticketing

How do I book a spectator boat experience?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our Calendar and select your preferred date, boat type, and the number of tickets you need.

What are the different ticket types available?

We offer tickets for various America's Cup events and practice days. Check our BOOKING CALENDAR to better understanding.

What is your cancellation policy?

Event Cancellation by Organizer: If the America's Cup event is canceled well in advance and you choose not to reschedule to a reserve day, we will offer a full refund.

In the case of last-minute event cancellation, a partial refund will be issued if you don't wish to reschedule.

Customer Cancellation: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations initiated by the customer. We recommend considering purchasing trip cancellation insurance at the time of booking for added protection.

Is there an option for agency bookings?

Yes, agencies can indicate their status at the time of payment for tailored services and arrangements.

What should I do if I don’t receive a booking confirmation?

If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I book multiple events at once?

Absolutely! You can book multiple events and dates in one transaction. Simply add each event to your cart before checking out.

Are there any special requirements or documents needed?

No special documents are needed to book your experience. Just ensure you have your booking confirmation on the day of the event.

Do I need additional tickets for port access?

No additional tickets are needed. Your booking confirmation grants you access to the port on the day of your reservation.

Payment & Invoicing

Can you invoice European companies at 0% VAT?

As we provide a service in Spain, we are required to include 21% VAT in your final invoice. Each company then can follow up with the respective authorities to recover VAT if eligible.

Why am I having trouble completing my payment?

Our online ticketing platform complies with the European 3D Secure protocol, ensuring a safe booking experience. Many International cards are not under this standard and we RECOMMEND TO USE STRIPE platform as a better payment method to cover this issue.

3D Secure Protocols

Our Ticketing Online Platform is under the European 3D Secure protocol for online payments, ensuring a safe and secure booking experience. This protocol may require additional verification steps (such as bank app or text message) for international credit card transactions exceeding €300.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance. If you’re using a mobily device at the time of the error, we recommend trying to complete the payment on a computer. You can also reach out to our support team for further help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for online bookings through our secure payment gateway.

Can I receive an invoice in my company’s name?

Yes, you can request an invoice in your company's name during the booking process. Make sure to provide the necessary billing information.

Are there any additional fees for using PayPal?

No, there are no additional fees for using PayPal or Stripe methods. The price remains the same regardless of the payment method chosen.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently, we do not offer installment payment options. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Experience and Logistics

What should I wear for the boat experience?

Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. Depending on the weather conditions, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat might be advisable.

Is there parking available at the departure point?

Parking information will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Limited on-site parking may be available, or alternative parking options might be suggested nearby. Helpful sources: Port Olimpic Parking and Plaza del Mar Parking.

Are food and drinks available for purchase on board?

Food and beverages are included! Catering options vary depending on the boat type you choose. Details are available on the booking page for each boat type.

What happens if the races are canceled due to bad weather?

In case of race cancellation due to weather, we will follow the America's Cup organizers' protocol. You will be notified of any schedule changes and your options for rescheduling or receiving a refund.

What amenities are included with the experience?

Amenities vary by boat type and may include food and beverages, onboard restrooms, screens to ensure you don’t miss any action, and commentators who explain the event and answer questions.

How early should I arrive before departure?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Do you need to acces with is using a wheelchair.?

In case of need a is using a wheelchair, we recomend to book a Lange Passenger Boat. We recommend you our 100% reduced mobility adapted ECO SAIL boat

Is there Wi-Fi on board?

Wi-Fi availability depends on the boat type. But majority of our fleet is Internet connected. Please check the specific details for your chosen boat on the booking page.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Passengers may bring a small snack and a water bottle. Other drinks are not permitted.

Are there any restrictions on what I can bring?

For safety reasons, avoid bringing large bags, sharp objects, or any prohibited items. Small personal items like cameras and phones are allowed.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us after booking. The captain of your boat will reach out via email during the days leading up to the event, to gather additional information about the passengers, including any dietary needs. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Is smoking allowed on board?

Smoking is not allowed on any of our boats to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.

Are there restroom facilities on board?

All boats except RIBs are equipped with restrooms. RIBs will take a break to visit the port after the first half of the event (after 2.5 hours).

What is the policy for pets?

Pets are generally not allowed on board, except for certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if you have specific needs.

What languages do the crew members speak?

Our crew members primarily speak English and Spanish. If you require assistance in another language, please let us know in advance.

What should I do if I miss the departure time?

If you miss the departure time, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you on the next available boat, but this is not guaranteed.
